#asktheexpert my child last 3 month is 8kg he does not take proper diet always neglect everything

A. Hello mom now they might be quite playful as well, so sometimes make them have food along with you or any of the family members as well, when ever possible as gradually let them have food which are made for the family now

A. You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts. Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati, upma, Lunch - any rice with dal, veggie rice, Khicidi, eggs and non veg if your baby eats. snacks - finger foods,carrot, apple, banana, nuts milkshake, juices, banana, potato, puffed rice, poha, Dinner, idli, dosa, rice, mixed veg paratha, Khicidi, dal rice, rasam rice, milk rice Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given
