#asktheexpert my child is not eating properly.... he always refuses to eat.... sometimes he is constipated what should i do?

A. Dear mum, it is important to include fibrous food like variety of seasonal vegetables, green leafy vegetables and fruits, carrot cucumber , beetroot, papaya, apple, peach banana, prunes whole fruit is better than fruit juice grated and soaked dry fruits Like black currant , prunes, date , figs, nuts like almond, walnut give whole grains like daliya, whole pulses, beans, sprouts avoid refined grains, biscuits and frequent use of bread. good fluid intake in form of water, buttermilk, coconut water
