Hello mom you may start with initially liquid consistency foods, and such as dal, rice water, fresh fruit juices, vegetable soups, etc and as they accept them well you may gradually move to semi solid and mashed foods such as steamed vegetables , fruit pulps, porridge made with ragi, suji, multigrain mix , kichidi ,
