#asktheexpert my child is 7 year old her weight is 16 kg height is 3'6 after every meal she feel full after 2 minutes she feel hungry she eat everything

so please check and make sure your child feel safe, secured and well cared

yes kids do this
so first, encourage your child to do more physical activities and let him feel hungry and serve food whenever your child is hungry
no need to run behind your child to make him eat well
