Q.

#asktheexpert my child is 1 year old and he is mainly based on cerelac for meal... he doesnt like to eat chapatis... is it ok for his nutritious meal..or what should i do to make him eat solid food

A. you should give everything to your child for healthy growth.. cerelac or milk can't meet nutritional requirements... start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

A. Cerelac Or any other cereal that you believed to feed your child is very light and it is a beginning food only that is just giving to introduce a kind of semisolid to the child it’s not as nutritious as a child would need at this age so you have to find a way to feed the child so you can basically you know take the Chapati grind it in a grinder and then give it to the child and someone
