#AskTheExpert my child does not want to eat rice specifically and seems to be weaker

A. give pulses, snd other grains, Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine .
