#asktheexpert my child 8s hyperactive, he can't sit at one place ,even in his school.What to do?

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes mam ,kids naturally do this but if a child is so hyperactive , first I advise to limit your child salt and sugar intake. keep your child well hydrated it is important to decrease your child screen time as it is seen that kids who uses screen more can face this problem more practice yoga or mediation daily
