Try new recipes of healthy foods - pinwheel sandwich, mini sprouts uttapam, sweet potato tikki, cheese vegetable frankie, dosa pizza, fruit smoothie etc.

try developing the food interest have meal together..
add variety check the first cry page for receipes..
let the baby have his own meal.
maintain gap between feeds..
