A. Weight loss is a major concern in many because of the hormonal changes specially post delivery. There may be laxity of the muscles and fat contain increases. So here calorie restriction, specially for sugar and fat should be there also, do not take excess of carbohydrate. Do regular exercise specially muscle strengthening which should be gradually increased calorie intake and calorie burn should be noted andgu accordingly do weight management

A. c. there is no other way other than doing exercises for losing weight please do brisk walking and yoga also take diet less in fat and carbohydrate all types of seasonal fruits and vegetables will help
