Q.

#AskTheExpert my baby will be 10 month old soon.. she tries to stand up by pulling up and ends up falling at times..it is getting difficult to ensure her safety .hence i am planning on buy a baby walker so that at least she wont fall on floor. please suggest if baby walker can be introduced at 10 months.

A. Hello good afternoon !! Yes you can use walker to baby as baby is trying to getting up. But use for less time as keeping her Walker more time strains her. While play time like that you can use walker. Feed calcium, protein rich foods. Diary products,dal kichdi,dal water, soups, cerelac, Malts, sooji, Dalia, Oats kichdi/porridge/kheer with formula milk , fruits and vegetables puriees, Mashes,rice porridge, mashed rice,roti for bones and muscles strength.
