Q.

#asktheexpert my baby was lactos intolerant earlier later on his reports were negative can i start cow milk for him now? he is 13 months now

A. the thing is that at this age you can go for any type of milk for the child and it can be either formula milk or packet milk or powder milk or animal milk that is either buffalo milk or cow's milk for your child. initially you will have to ofcfer outside milk in small quantity and if the child is tolerating that amount then gradually you can increase the quantity of milk but if the child is not tolerating then kindly change the type of milk you are giving . (when you boil the animal milk and then cool it you can remove the upper layer of fat and it becomes a toned milk)

A. Yes if your child is not facing any more issue of lactose intolerance you can start with any kind of milk that you would want to start with there is no problem if you would want to introduce cows milk to the child as of now
