Q.

My boy is 1 year old now. Earliest he was lactose intolerant so he consumed soya milk later double toned. last two months before I started single tone milk. can I start cow milk? Or continue with single tone. pls suggest

A. Right now you continue with what you are giving as of now and later maybe after another three or four months after conducting a test for lactose intolerance then you start with and that is going to be the right way follow
