#asktheexperts . My boy is 14 month old now. Earlier he was diagnosed that he is lactose intolerance child so consumed soya milk after completing 10 month I started double toned milk now he is on single toned milk. Which milk I have to start cow or buffalo? If I start cow thn what proportion have to give? I mean quantity of milk and water have to add in it. starting mein once in a day. please suggest in detail.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. if he is diagnosed with lactose intolarance than, avoid any animal milk . kerp giving soy milk. for more advice good to talk to ur treating doctor. o. k.
