Q.

#AskTheExpert , My baby's growth is very slow and she hesitates to eat. is there anyway we can boost the appetite so she can eat well and grow well.

A. It can be due to weather they avoid food. Give foods that your baby likes. don't make meal time a struggle for kids or they shoudnt be scared of food. Ensure you don't repeat the same taste. Try to give different flavored food and also in different textures. Have a weekly plan that doesn't repeat any same taste. Don't ever force feed baby. If baby is fussy, Don't feed constantly over a stretch leave a break for five mins so they come back again.
