in your case a medical examination is required for proper diagnosis and treatment.
difficult to tell without examination whether it is normal or not.
advisable to remainc in contact with your doctor for proper guidance and treatment

you can use the adviced eye drops by the eye specialist
maintain hygiene
cold compress
apply warm mustard oil on baby chest back feet and gently massage at bed time
