#asktheexpert my baby poops once in 3 days with a lot of discomfort and smelly farts even when on complete breast feed. please help

Gas in smaller babies is a very common and a Matter of concern most of the times for care giver. its mostly because of immaturity of the gut . formula feed or early ihjntroduction of cows milk in babies may be aggravating factor. propert burping after each feed is very important. Enzyme preparations like aglozyme or vitazyme can be beneficial.Also colicaid drops can be given.

Bonnisan you can give this medicine five drops to the child only when it is required to go for this is going to help in reducing down constipation issues as well as gas or colic issues if your child is suffering with any because these things are very normal and common at this age
