Maybe teething Which is why your child is suffering with diarrhoea which is why your child is suffering with frequent motions like this in this case I can only advise you to consult your doctor for proper medicines and for home remedies just completely avoid giving milk curd rice curd and banana should be given that’s the best home remedy and ORS water and zinc supplement
