This could be due to alllergic reactions or due to something else.give steam inahaltion or nasal drops during cold episodes.use cough syrup as per baby cough condition(dry/wet).

Usually kids have some kind of an allergic infection which is why this problem can be persistent it could be allergy infection or just allergic attack it could be associated with food temperature whether it could be multiple reasons better to consult our doctor for detailed understanding and medication
