DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 13 months old and he is having a cold and vomitng so give him 2 ml syrup sinarest af three times a day and ondem 5 ml before food

give small amount of easily digestible food to the child
many times if you take the child in garden or open area that will cheer up the child and that might improvec the appetite
give regular water and fluids to the child to improve hydration becausec that will also improve appetite
you can give fruits as well as juices from the fruits which again acts as appetizer
during illness if the child takes 60% to 70% of the diet then also it's fine
