Check baby temperature ,if he is teething during teething babies have mild fever,motions(due to infection as they keep things,toys ,hands into mouth),gum pain due to this they reject feed ,cranky mostly... Give warm fluids,semi solids,finger foods which will ease from gum pain... Soothe baby gums with teethers,soothers..
