Hello mom Not to worry his body structure is like that could be because of his genes and his metabolism but if he is gaining weight gradually and by the age of 4 to 6 months he is doubled his birth weight and And will triple by age of one year and if your baby is normal ,active ,playful and taking his feed well do not worry
