#AskTheExpert my baby is three months and his weight is 5.500gm ..is he underweight??

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom check as per his birth weight which monthly gain is between the range of 300 gm to 1 kg, and then by the age of 4 to 6 months they almost double their birth weight

by 6 months babies weight almost doubles by his birth weight
exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age is recommended for the baby
