#asktheexpert my baby is not gaining weight properly her birth weight is 2.460 kg .now 10 months she is 6.4 kg ..she spits up more..spits up is smelly too..her poop also has foul smell ..what might be the reason

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. if child is not gaining proper weight you need to consult your doctor to rule out the cause and most of the time it could be because of nutritional deficiencies like nutritional anemia and some other factors like malabcgysorption any chronic disease like congenital heart disease or some chronic infection speciallgy urine infection or worm infestation should be checked if required .
