A. In 8 months, there are not many foods which can be given to babies, but you can introduce some new foods like yolk of a boiled egg mashed in lentil or khichdi, idli-dosa, besan cheela, veg cutlet, stuffed parantha, dalia, mixed vegetable soup, ragi porridge, chapati mashed in dal, etc. Try to feed semi solid foods and chunkier gravy. Start giving finger foods to develop chewing habit.
