Give him a normal food in small amount, in frequent intervals.
In between meals keep offering healthy snacks like fruit or vegetable sticks.
prepared food should look good too!
Author of questionGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. we have tried all the ways. we have tried giving her on different taste easily chewable food. she won't eat even she is hungry. this issue started from 6th month. we force her to feed. she like the fruits but now she is avoiding them. she is super active but her intake of food.

Give 3 to 4 meals a day that includes seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy.
