#AskTheExpert My baby is having loose motions since last 3 days. Whenever she takes her diet. She is 9months and 20days old. Dr. gave her Zincup, Novogermina and ors for baby. The motion is just like water. Please suggest what to do.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. baby is now 9 months of age loose stools are common in baby . Foamy stools are also normal due to gas . Can stop milk / milk containing products till loose motion stop . Can give o r s solution to baby for dehydration and also zinc drops 1 ml . If baby has stomach pain and is crying then need to see doctor for starting Medicines .

It Good possibility that your child is having its teeth which is why this is happening but I would like to tell you if you are giving milk along with the medicines Devaki scribe to your child then Milk is actually spoiling everything don’t give milk to the child till the time your child has lose motions
