AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. This can be due to teething or infection in stomach. If the motions are excessively watery then u can give econorm sachet for loose stool to ur baby and give ORS to keep ur baby hydrated. Take care
