#AskTheExpert my baby is having cold from past 1 week. is it advisable to give plain water vapour daily or is it cause any problem.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. no problem, you can. The simplest way is to install a mist vaporizer or a humidifier in your baby's room. Put your baby on a blanket spread on the floor when he/she is asleep. Now, place the vaporizer for 45 min about a foot away and lie beside your baby to keep him/her safe all the time. jg
