As baby is just 4 months old ,time is there what about roll over??
If baby had rolled over, responding to sounds,known voices, giving social smile then don't worry..
After rolling over they tries to hold neck give tummy time- Place baby on his tummy for 5-10 minutes daily this will help in roll over, holding neck, abs strength ,crawling, reliving gas...
