Q.
my baby boy is 3 months 9 days old still not control his nack properly also not turning on side..is there anything to worry?

well ,you can wait for few days more.
if your baby is not able to hold neck and head well by the age of 4 months then you must consult your pediatrician.
at home , please give enough tummy time which will help to strengthen your child neck muscles .
give Gentle massage with Babyhug massage oil everyday.
provide Early morning sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day.
