#AskTheExpert my baby is five months old she is on breast feeding.but now a days my milk levels have been decreased .plz recommend some medication to increase the supply

Fenugreek Capsules are supposed to be quite good to increase the lactation is you can definitely try and having them have about 5 to 6 L of water fibre rich diet and protein is in fact the things are going to be really quite helpful and essential as of now so you should go ahead with that
