#AskTheExpert my baby is eleven months old and isn't teething yet. is there any deficiency?

A. hello mam do not worry about this you can wait till the age of 18 months for the first to come in the mouth of the baby if there is no teeth by that time then you will have to visit a dentist. no there is no deficiency

A. Some children do not get their teeth at the same time as their peers. This can be caused by several factors. If a child does not have any teeth by the age of 18 months, he or she should be taken to a pediatric dentist for an evaluation.
