ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi no problem.. babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething and wait for some more time

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl3 years agoA. There is no problem a child can have it first teeth by the time of 16 to 18 months as well so currently you can easily wait for that much of a time yet if you see that that it hasn’t come then you can consult a paediatric dentist for that
