Q.

#AskTheExpert My baby is about to turn 6 months old what should I start with for introducing solids also in what proportion?? Should I give her cow milk as elders in the family suggest or should I continue with breast milk?

A. hello mom, start top food in in 7th month initially give rice and dal water any new food you should give two to three days in a row to check any allergy due to it. the initially give in 4 to 5 tbsp and afterwards increase quantity and consistency depending on your baby tummy.. at least half to 1 katori food you should feed baby.. give Ragi rice porridge vs oatmeal porridge Suji halva aur Shera different boiled and mashed vegetable like sweet potato carrot cauliflower corn peas also cow buffalo milk is not recommended till completion of one year you can ask your pediatrician for formula milk with three to four meals in a day feed your baby breast milk 2 to 3 times in a day
