Hi , First massage with coconut oil in circular motion around navel , give lukewarm to hot bucket bath , and give Himalayas Bonnison drop..do not give 3 times or 5 ml...1 dropper for 1 or 2 time will only bring results. you can give apple juice by crushing apple and pouring juice. apple has natural laxative...you can give boiled water around 4 to5 dropper...this always does wonders.
