mam, first try to offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, pulses, dairy products etc.
to increase your breastmilk supply,offer plenty of feeds to your child.
the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
massage your breasts with coconut oil
you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk for this also.
