A. It's normal for some babies to not have teeth by 7 months. Typically, babies get their first teeth (lower central incisors) between 6 to 10 months, but this can vary widely. Some babies may get their first teeth later, up to 12 months or even beyond, and still be completely normal. If your baby is otherwise healthy and developing well, there's no need to worry. If you have concerns, it's always good to check with your pediatrician for peace of mind.
