SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 2 m old girl7 months agoA. Best food is available in the form of breast milk, please continue for atleast two years. Yes, suppliement food is in the form good vegetable items which will be mixed with rice and dhall alongwith little ghee is good high calorific food for the baby.
