Kirti ChandwalkerMom of 3 children4 years agoA. you should check for the cough and cold sometimes due to nose congestion cough comes out through eyes making Eyes look red and watery if it is so then you should give baby warm compression on chest back neck and feet and if cough is not there then better consult doctor there can be chances of having conjunctivitis
