#asktheexpert my baby is 5 months old. for 4 months post delivery i had regular periods. last period date was 11 march. this month period is still due. i also have started to do exercise since two weeks. anything to worry

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom If u are breastfeeding ur baby then irregularity of periods is normal. Also u can check ur pregnancy at home using pregnancy kit. If it comes out to be positive then you need to consult with your doctor for the same.
