#asktheexpert my baby is 4and half months old. when to start solids? I live in Germany,they suggested me to start with boiled carrots.is it ok or should I start with rice?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician11 months agoA. dont. it is recommended by WHO, to start complementory food for babies after 6 month of age. .itis better to continue exclusive breast feeding until she turn 6 mth of age.
