#asktheexpert my baby is 44 days old and he is 2.5kg when we checked his weight 15 days back. His birth weight is 2.75kg. I'm worried about his weight as he lost weight and did not gain it... so one of my friend suggested simyl MCT drops.. is it safe?? and how to use it

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. hello on the first month you cannot expect much weight gain and next on if the baby is gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month then it is a good weight gain and absolutely nothing to worry about it is a good growth also
