#asktheexpert my baby is 42 days old and he is not passing stool from 2 days and he is also very gassy what can i do ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is quite natural for babies below the age of 6 months not passing stool regularly a constipation of even 10 days is coming in small babies no medicine so required
