My baby is 42 days old still he passing stool like liquid yellow do i need to worry?

A. dear mum the stool of exclusively breastfeed baby is runny almost like loose motion if baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then don't worry
