A. hi as it is growing phase of childhood,it is very important to ensure that a child get all essential nutrients in adequate quantities too. so please offer homemade healthy food. if a child doesn't like particular food items ,it is ok but try to offer it with different taste or different way . I mean,if a child doesn't like to eat fruits ,you can offer them in different shapes or you can prepare fruit smoothie, fruit popsicles etc. offer food from your family pot ,make a child sit to take meal with whole family.
