#AskTheExpert My baby is 4 months old. I still haven't started working out or going for my walks. I do the usual house chores though. When can I resume exercising?

If You had a normal delivery then yes you can do all these things as of now but if you buy the C-section delivery then you can do little bit of household chores not at all an issue a little bit of work is normal but don’t stress yourself too much because the C-section stitches take a lot of time to heal
