#AskTheExpert My baby is 4 month old and my feeding is not sufficient to him. so can I take Galact powder and Lactare tablets to increase the milk. please suggest any alternative food for my baby like Apple or banana like that

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. yes, you can take lactare granules Natural foods to enhance lactam/ breast milk is dates, nuts, jeera, Dill seeds, sauf, ajwain, papaya, spoon of desi ghee and butter plus a katori of assorted nuts , makkhana everyday.
