Q.

Hello sir.. My baby is 4 month old and my feeding is not sufficient for him. so can I take Galact powder and tablets to increase the milk or can I give formula milk to him. please suggest, kindly find attached.

A. Hello mom yes you can try our various other options to increase your milk production and also take care of your diet , such as enhance it with oats , garlic , drumstick or fenugreek leaves, milk and products, dry fruits and nuts , panjiri , jeera or ajwain or saunf water
