A. Hi Mom, For 3 year old children, you can give all types of family foods to your child. Include all seasonal fruits and vegetables into your child's diet. Offer three or four healthy meals with two healthy snacks per day. Encourage your child to eat healthy foods. Try to avoid unhealthy foods such as noodles etc. You can also include dry fruits nuts and seeds, pulses, grains, dairy products such as milk, ghee, butter, paneer, yogurt etc. Also include egg, meat, fish, chicken into your child diet.
