it is minimum requirement of his meals
along with these,you can offer salad,any one whole grain food item
for writing, first practice some activities like drawing, let your child draw what he want , give crayons to scribble
encourage your child by buying stationary as per his choice

you should focus on variety of Healthy food from all the food groups to ensure that your child get the nutrients he needs for growth and development
so you can offer 3 Major meals and 2 snacks per day
breakfast , lunch, dinner and snacks
should be offered in a day
AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 8 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. Please give eggs and chicken to the baby. Also give chicken soup to the baby. Please give banana shake and ragi porrige to the baby. Please give lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds to the baby on daily basis. Please limit soda and juices and high fat foods like chips or biscuits or cakes etc.
